Ed zarick, an us engineer who is famous for turning xbox 360
into a laptop is again in the news and this time he created the xbook one
So, what is the xbook one?...........take a xbox one which
retails for around $399, take out the plastic casing which voids the warranty
attach a hd monitor to it and a pair of speakers with a power supplying battery
and there you have it ....an xbook one, a portable xbox gaming machine which
depicts a laptop but runs xbox one games
But it’s always easier said than done, right?
It took ed almost 2 months to create the xbook although he
built an xbook 360 earlier and he also used the 3d printed material as custom
parts for easier usability. The construction has been in such a way that all
the ports are intact and can be used which are behind the xbook. The monitor
which is being used is a vizio 22” full hd ips led lcd panel and this thing
cost around $1500
Expensive but unique
