The latest sensation in the education community is the
photomath app which the developer rightly claims to solve almost all math problems
with just a simple snap from your camera.
This interesting app solves all kinds of calculation and
some problems containing arithmetic equations, fractions, decimals, power,
roots and also simple linear equations.
currently available for the ios and windows os phones, the android version of this app is expected to be released sometime in first quarter of 2015
There is also an option for learning how the answer is
derived in a step by step method for better understanding and learning of the
concepts. There is however a danger that the student might simply scan their
homework and copy the answers shown by the app without learning anything while
claiming everything............beware
is this app a path to self help or a weapon of evil?
